les personnels de Radio Roro, en grève depuis onze jours, ont voté la reconduction du mouvement pour le jeudi 14 avril jusqu'à minuit. Les négociations entre syndicats et direction ­ qui n'ont vraiment commencé que mardi 12 avril ­ n'avaient pu aboutir, mercredi soir. L'intersyndicale CGT, CFTC, CFDT, FO et SUD a donc appelé à une journée de  "grève de soutien" de tous les personnels ­ journalistes compris ­ par solidarité avec les ouvriers, employés et administratifs. Le but est d'inciter plus fermement la direction de Radio Roro à négocier.
en plus des techniciens, de nombreux autres corps de métier ont prévu de participer à la "grève générale" lancée par l'intersyndicale, même s'ils ne sont pas concernés par la plate-forme du préavis de grève ­ qui demande pour tous une prime de fonction de 270 euros, déjà obtenue par certaines catégories en compensation du blocage des salaires décidé depuis une semaine. Des artistes-interprètes, les personnels de la sécurité ­ dont une partie de leur encadrement ­, de la restauration, de l'accueil au public, de la maintenance, etc., ont annoncé qu'ils se mettraient en grève.
Le bras de fer qui se joue lors des rencontres entre direction et intersyndicale, depuis le début de la grève, va au-delà de la demande d'un rattrapage pour les bas salaires, que réclament les syndicats. Si la direction de Radio Roro se dit prête à faire "un effort particulier" pour les ouvriers et employés aux revenus les plus bas, elle exige surtout que ces discussions aillent de pair avec l'acceptation d'un "Nouvel instrument salarial" (NIS).
Pour la présidence de Radio Roro, il s'agit de "modernisation et de rationalisation". Pour les syndicats, de "casse de l'audiovisuel privé et, à terme, de danger de privatisation ".
